 Myofascial Massage

Focuses on soft tissue for the treatment of skeletal muscle immobility and pain.  This therapy aims to relax contracted muscle and improve blood and lymphatic circulation.  It                      also stimulates the "stretch reflex" in muscles.

       Deep Tissue Massage

The emphasis is on the deepest layers of muscle tissue, tendons and fascia (the protective layer surrounding muscles, nerves, and joints).  Deep tissue massage boosts mood                      promotes relaxation by triggering the release of oxytocin and serotonin.

Prenatal Massage

This massage is tailored specifically to the needs of pregnant women and their changing bodies.  It's common for many pregnant women to develop sciatica (pain running down                  the back of either or both legs).  The massage can assist in the reduction of sciatic pain patterns as well as other uncomfortable or painful conditions.

 Medical Massage Cupping

This is a vacuum therapy technique which is intended to encourage the natural drainage of lymph (waste products) away from the tissues so it can be eliminated by the body.

Injury Massage

This massage technique eliminates acute as well as chronic pain patterns resultant from auto accidents, slip and falls, and sports injuries.  Allowing you to live an active and pain-free life.
